In 2015 the government introduced reforms to public service pensions. The steps being taken to remedy those 2015 reforms are known as the 2015 Remedy. 

Over 400,000 current and former Civil Servants are affected by the 2015 Remedy.

Over the past year, we have been working closely with the Cabinet Office to deliver 4 webinars to provide information and support around the 2015 Remedy implementation. What came out of these sessions were a variety of case studies with different circumstances that need to be accommodated in the reforms.

Chris Haswell, CSPA Pensions Officer has collated feedback from these webinars and individual pension cases from CSPA members to put together a consultation paper.
