Help with your Pension

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist Associate Members who do not hold a Civil Service Pension.

CSPA is a trusted partner of the pensions administrator MyCSP. This relationship, together with the knowledge and experience of our Personal Pension Case Manager, means that we are able to represent and assist members should they experience difficulties with their Civil Service Pension.

MyCSP

If you have a query about payment of your pension, or pension benefits you should first contact MyCSP, the administrators of the Civil Service Pension.

You could also try the MyCSP website which features guidance and frequently asked questions on the various pension schemes.

Outcomes of cases referred to the Pension Ombudsman can be found at here.
