Members may also be requested to provide their CSPA membership number. Please contact CSPA Head Office for further advice.

The legal advice service will be available when required and will deal with any legal questions that members may have, should it be necessary for a lawyer to act on behalf of an individual member, then they will be referred to one of Lyons Davidson’s specialist teams who will advise on likely costs involved and how they can assist.

Scotland

Free Initial Legal Advice is one of many benefits available to members. The Scotland, Branch Officers have agreed with Thompsons Solicitors Scotland, a six-month trial period for Scottish members, giving them initial free legal advice. Consultation is for a maximum of 30 minutes duration.

Members will require to give their membership number prior to any advice.
