26th September – Mandating meeting
This meeting will start at 2 pm in room 3.
The purpose of this meeting is to mandate our delegate Alan Blann to the AGM of the Alliance which is being held on 11th and 12th October in Kenilworth. We will be mandating Alan on who to vote for on the Executive Council and then debating the motions submitted by groups for debate at this AGM and reaching conclusions on how Alan should vote on the various motions. I anticipate a motion from the EC on the future structure of the CSPA and so this will be your opportunity to influence our future.
The September edition of the Pensioner will contain the full agenda and it will be useful if you bring it to the meeting. Please make every effort to attend this meeting as it is your opportunity to have a say, and influence the national policy of our organisation.
