Following information shared last week we now have updated steps to submit an online request/query to Capita.
Steps to submit a query/request online:
- Head to main website – Member Hub
- Scroll to the bottom, left hand side ‘contact us’ link (as attached)
- Two separate tabs – one to ‘send a message’ and one to ‘tell us a member has died’ – the below relates to ‘send a message’ option
- Enter full name
- Enter mobile telephone number
- Confirm national insurance number
- Confirm date of birth
- Enter email
- Select ‘topic of enquiry’
